Hello Jocelyn!
Tell us a little about yourself first.
I’m a proud mother to a 15-year-old daughter and deeply family-oriented. My greatest goal in life is to provide good food on our table and create a comfortable life for my family. Everything I do is driven by my desire to give them a better future.
What was your profession before you became a VA?
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I worked as a call center agent. My daily commute would take 2–3 hours, but despite the long hours and challenges, I learned a great deal from that experience. Those skills—especially in communication, patience, and professionalism—are now the foundation for this new path I’ve chosen.
How is your IVA PRO Experience?
